Long Line:How difficult is it to ultimately kill your father when he is a rapist and a murderer?
That was the dilemma of Joe Rey, from the day he learned that he was a rape-conceived child,  born from the womb of a black woman, seeded from a white rapist.                       

                                                             Synopsis

 Joe Rey was born in Yorkville, New York.

Twenty-seven years ago, a black woman named Mary Rey, Joe’s mother, was a victim of rape from her unknown white assailant. In her attempt to abort her unborn child, she took to drugs, resulting in his congenital defect of his absent right hand.Overcome by guilt, Mary Rey committed suicide, leaving her bi-racial, physically handicapped son Joe to be raised by her sister, Mina Fey and financially supported by an anonymous benefactor.

Despite the discrimination that Joe will face due to both his physical limitations and his bi-racial background, thanks to the generosity of his anonymous benefactor, Joe will enter the field of Genetics at New York University.

Later, Joe will join the research lab at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he will achieve/accomplish what no one could ever dream of, he will unlock the ability to manipulate primitive stem cells, with the ability to transform and alter them, as to design them however desired. It is all a matter of decoding, given a specific mathematical equation which instructs the cell to produce a specific desired response. Each ‘nucleus’ with its specific equation will give unique commands/instructions to its specified creation. This breakthrough could not only be used to help mankind, but it could also destroy mankind, once implanted!

Joe will be the first human to undergo his genetic findings. Upon waking from procedure, he will have acquired a ‘new’ right hand…now Joe will be faced with a dilemma: publish his research.., or to allow his dark-side to take over, getting revenge on all those who had done him wrong and to rid the streets of New York of all the scum that roams them, (drug dealers, rapist and murders). The only obstacle he will face if he decides to release his dark side is his love, Cornelia Simson, for he wants to protect her and feels that seeking revenge will be his ultimate undoing.

This is because he is the Mayor ... (who has everyone in his pocket)
But the outcome of this confrontation is unexpected ...
